GARDEN NOTES Events PLANT SALE & WOW DEMO: The annual Plant Sale and Flea Market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday includes a 10 a.m. workshop on sensational special effects. The event is sponsored by the Sunset Park Garden Club, 4624 W. Browning Ave., Tampa. Horticulturist Val Van Orden, who has worked for Busch Gardens and Cypress Gardens will provide the “wow!” demonstration.
